Raised with blue-collar roots in Upstate New York, I bring grit, integrity, and an unwavering work ethic to every family I serve. But the reason I care so deeply about this work isn’t just professional—it’s personal.

Both of my parents passed away before I turned 50. Neither had a will.

When I was 21, my mom died suddenly from a massive aneurysm. She was only 50 and was serving as the primary caregiver for her own mother. A healthy caregiver gone before the person she was caring for. Overnight, I was young, unprepared, and navigating a reality no one had prepared me for.

Decades later, in 2023, I lost my dad after his battle with kidney disease. When we began settling his affairs, we discovered three storage units and a full basement—organized, but full of many lifetimes of things. I later realized he had been quietly grief hoarding after losing his mom, his sisters, his dad, and my mom.

In the process, we also discovered something none of us knew: my dad had served in the Navy. That revelation opened the door to understanding VA benefits and how much support families often miss simply because no one knew the right questions to ask.

Those experiences carved a lasting truth into my heart:

When families avoid the hard conversations, the ones left behind carry the burden—stress, uncertainty, and often guilt.

That’s why I do what I do today.

As a Senior Home Coach™, community speaker, and podcast host, I help families start the conversations most people avoid—so decisions about aging, housing, and legacy can be made with clarity, not crisis.

I’ve seen the chaos and found the clarity and I know which one I want for you.

My mission is simple: help families navigate aging with love, logic, and a plan.
